Hotel Zoso

Great location, central to all things DT Palm Springs. My second time staying here and becoming my go to when in the area for work. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Rooms are quiet even with the hustle and bustle going on nearby at the adult beverage places. A stones throw away from all the local bars and a few minutes from the casino! Staff has always been very helpful and courteous. Best part: complimentary valet parking for guests. Came on a weekend with a rad pool Party vibe going on and met some fun other guests with the ideal pool patio room! Hopefully soon the hotel bar will carry Happy Dads which became my go to drink of choice after meeting these cool guests!

During my stay at Hotel Zoso, I had an absolutely amazing massage experience. The hotel itself is very upscale, stylish, and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed after traveling. It truly helped me unwind and feel refreshed. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the peaceful atmosphere. Next time I travel, I will definitely stay at Hotel Zoso again and enjoy another massage. Highly recommended.

We came for the weekend for a hubby's birthday. We invited several friends who also stayed in the hotel and everyone loved it. The rooms and the employees we're fantastic. I would even love to give this place a five-star except for one thing we ordered a chicken sandwich with fries at the bar, The piece of chicken was so tiny. I think two chicken nuggets together would have been bigger, And the fries had that taste of being frozen. Other than that the place was great.

Pleasantly surprised by this great hotel. Location is perfect, so central! Room was beautiful and big, with large terrace and great views over the pool and mountains. Pool and jacuzzi were quiet, as was the gym. Great staff, really couldn’t fault it and reasonably priced too. Thank you.

We love this hotel! The location is right downtown and close to the Plaza Theatre. This is our second stay in the last 2 months and everything went flawlessly! From checkin with Bayron and Kimmie to checkout they were great. The valet was on spot also! Super friendly staff and we just booked another stay! See you soon!

Had an overall great experience here. Stayed for New Year’s Eve and for the price and location it’s perfect in Palm Springs. It’s the old hard rock hotel, and the rooms feel aged, but the bed was very comfy, and the room was super clean. The valet parking is included, but there’s often a wait as many times I was coming and going there was only one or two valet people and a row of people waiting. Everyone that worked there was very nice, and my room was large. It’s also dog friendly! There’s a cute little gym as well. You can walk to literally everything in downtown Palm Springs.

I stayed at Hotel Zoso for several nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was excellent. The service was professional and attentive, making my stay feel relaxed and well taken care of. The room was modern, spacious, and stylish, with a high-end feel, yet the price was very reasonable for the quality provided. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a great start to each day. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose Hotel Zoso again.

I stopped in Palm Springs for work and found a good deal on Travelocity. I choose this hotel because of its location. My wife and I walked to the strip on 30 seconds and it was so convenient to able to go somewhere without driving. The hotel itself is clean and modern. It has a bar inside, a pool table, 24/7 gym, a coffee shop which opens at 6 am, pool and jacuzzi (when I was there jacuzzi was closed), a lot of places to sit and chill inside the hotel which is great if you want to get some work done or hang out with some people. The lobby is huge. It was great that the valet was free! I liked the overall atmosphere and vibe. It was nice to see modern design and furniture. They also have a nightclub and a banquet hall as well. Overall i like this place , I recommend it and I’d come back.
